I've been tattooing since 2002, I am an award winning artist and the owner of Outsider Art, I did my apprenticeship at Tribal Images in Stoke on Trent, under my father Oz who is a multi award winning artist. I specialise in traditional, Neo traditional, Dot work and blackwork, but that being said due to my training I am able to turn my hand to any style. I am also sponsored by Jungle Tattoo Supplies and Balm Tattoo.
I'm originally from Burton and have been tattooing for 4 years after completing a formal tattoo apprenticeship in Bournemouth. Prior to tattooing I gained an Illustration and visual communication degree from the university of Derby and worked as an illustrator/graphic designer on a freelance basis. I like to work on a completely custom basis where possible and aim to work with clients to produce a totally unique one of design. I enjoy tattooing anything based on pop culture references such as videogame, movie or TV characters with an illustrative edge. I primarily like to work on full colour and often watercolour styles but can turn my hand to most artwork styles.
In 2008 I served an apprenticeship in Burton on Trent and became a registered tattoo artist in 2010 and have been tattooing and body piercing since in surrounding areas including Leicester. I have a real passion for nature inspired tattoos and black and grey style but I am competent and enjoy working with any tattoo style.
I began my apprenticeship with Outsider Art mid July time under the teaching and guidance of Marc Osborne. Since the start I have been learning more everyday through observation of tattoo processes, assisting Marc and our team on a daily basis. I have begun small walk ins and bookings to take my time to understand tattooing properly as observed by Marc.
I love pop culture and gaming so I love to base a lot of my designs around that but I also love flowers and natural forms. I am inspired by pastel coloured and bright, bold designs alongside a classic traditional style of tattooing.
